Today's current health care treats the diagnosis not the person. Often missing crucial pieces rendering care inefficient and expensive. My goal is to treat the whole person with one on one care with a focus on giving you control back over your health in a convenient, efficient and cost effective way.
Kelly earned her Master of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Florida in 2002. Early on in her career, she had the opportunity to work with athletes of all levels while also pursuing certifications in both Strength and Conditioning and Performance Enhancement.
Later on in her career, she was able to translate her experience and success with athletes to patients of all ages and abilities. She believes anyone at any age can benefit from getting moving.
She continued her love of learning by becoming certified in the management of TMJ and headache conditions as well as in modern strength training. She has found a recent love of working with runners and helping them do what they love to do. Kelly's latest venture is to become a Certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, with the goal of helping all women achieve their health goals, including runners who may struggle after having a baby.
Her ultimate philosophy is to teach patients how to treat themselves and to be able to keep moving, pain free, for life.
